Election of Directors and Auditors of Uni.C.A. for the upcoming three-year period 2023-2025: convocation of the members' meeting

The Board of Directors of Uni.C.A. has convened the ordinary meeting of the members for the election of elected Directors and Auditors for the next three-year period 2023-2025 on 1st call for November 2, 2022 and, if necessary, on 2nd call for December 2, 2022 with voting opening, in the latter case, as of November 7, 2022.

Starting this year, voting may be cast in one of the following alternative ways among them:

 

A. electronically (online voting):

  1. Members Early Retirees, Retired, Survivors, Long Absent UniCredit Group Employees, Employees of member companies outside UniCredit Group will be able to vote through the restricted area (Login) of the Uni.C.A. website https://unica.unicredit.it/it.html (the same one accessed for health plan renewal membership) within which, during the voting period, the "VOTAZIONE" button will be available in the vertical menu bar on the left. Those who are not already registered on the aforementioned restricted area (Login) of the Uni.C.A. website may request the assignment of the activation code by writing to the box hxunicoddattivazio-italia@unicredit.eu, with the subject of their tax code and attaching a front/back copy of their identity document;
  2. UniCredit employees in service will, on the other hand, be able to vote by accessing People Focus, following the path > "Other Documents " > "Assistenza Sanitaria Integrativa" > VOTAZIONE (the VOTAZIONE button will be available, during the voting period, in the vertical menu bar to the left of the "Assistenza Sanitaria Integrativa" page);

B. by mail (traditional mode):

this mode may be used by members who are Early Retirees, Retired, Survivors, Long Absent UniCredit Group Employees, Employees of member companies outside UniCredit Group, following the instructions specified in the documentation that will be delivered to the member's address.

 

In case of a double manifestation of voting exercised by both methods provided (online and by mail), the vote cast online will prevail over the one received by mail, which, consequently, will be annulled.
