Comunichiamo a tutti gli associati che è stato avviato l’iter di rinnovo per il triennio 2023-2025 degli Organi sociali di Uni.C.A. (Consiglio di amministrazione e Collegio dei revisori) il cui attuale mandato scadrà il prossimo 31.12.2022.
Allo scopo di consentire lo svolgimento delle attività propedeutiche all’Assemblea, le candidature per le predette cariche dovranno pervenire entro il termine inderogabile del 20.9.2022.
L’allegata comunicazione illustra i requisiti che è necessario possedere e le modalità da seguire per la presentazione delle candidature alla carica di Consigliere di Amministrazione o di Revisore.
La comunicazione è diversamente formulata per le seguenti categorie di associati:
- Dipendenti/ Esodati iscritti ad Uni.C.A.
- Pensionati/ Superstiti iscritti ad Uni.C.A.

We would like to inform all members that the process of renewal for the three-year period 2023-2025 of Uni.C.A.'s corporate bodies (Board of Directors and Board of Auditors), whose current term of office will expire on December 31th, 2022, has started.
In order to enable the conduct of preparatory activities for the Assembly, candidatures for the aforementioned offices must be received by the mandatory deadline of September 20th, 2022.
The attached communication explains the requirements that must be met and the procedures to be followed for the submission of candidatures for the office of Board Member or Auditor.
The communication is different for the following categories of members:
- Employees/Early Retirees enrolled in Uni.C.A.
- Retirees /Survivors enrolled in Uni.C.A.
