Informiamo che è disponibile, all’interno dell’area riservata agli iscritti dei Portali Previmedical e Pronto Care, l’estratto conto delle prestazioni sanitarie rimborsate nel 2021.
Il documento è valido ai fini fiscali quale attestazione delle spese sanitarie rimborsate all’iscritto nel periodo 1.1 - 31.12.2021 o pagate direttamente alle strutture sanitarie/medici (cd. prestazioni in forma diretta) presso cui sono state effettuate le prestazioni, con evidenza degli importi conseguentemente rimasti a carico dell’assistito. Pertanto, pur se effettuate nel corso del 2021, non sono ricomprese le spese sanitarie che non hanno dato luogo a rimborsi all’assistito o a pagamenti alle strutture sanitarie/medici entro la medesima annualità; sono invece ricomprese le spese sanitarie relative ad anni precedenti che sono state rimborsate nel 2021.
Il documento è stato redatto in base ai criteri applicati per la comunicazione all’Agenzia delle Entrate delle spese sanitarie rimborsate nel 2021, in ottemperanza alla normativa vigente sulla comunicazione telematica delle spese sanitarie da rendere disponibili all’Agenzia stessa per la dichiarazione dei redditi precompilata.

All’interno dell’area riservata, l’estratto conto è disponibile nel menù a tendina posto in alto a destra della pagina principale;
b) l’area riservata agli iscritti del portale Pronto Care è raggiungibile

We would like to inform you that the account statement of health services reimbursed in 2021 is available in the members reserved area of Previmedical and Pronto Care portals.
The document is valid for tax purposes as a certificate of the health care expenses reimbursed to the member in the period 1.1 - 31.12.2021 or paid directly to the health care facilities/physicians (so-called direct services) where the services were provided, with evidence of the amounts consequently left to be paid by the member. Therefore, even if carried out during 2021, healthcare expenses that have not given rise to reimbursement to the member or payment to healthcare facilities/physicians within the same year are not included; on the other hand, healthcare expenses relating to previous years that have been reimbursed in 2021 are included.
The document has been prepared on the basis of the criteria applied for the communication to the Agenzia delle Entrate of healthcare expenses reimbursed in 2021, in compliance with the regulations in force regarding the telematic communication of healthcare expenses to be made available to the Agency for the pre-filled tax return.
