Renewal of Health Plans 2024-2025 - Launch of online subscriptions

From December 12, the new membership campaign for Uni.C.A. Health Plans valid for the 2024-2025 period will kick off.

 

People will be able to join by the online application until Dec. 18, 2023. No extensions are planned.

 

We recommend that you review the attached published documentation so that you can more easily join your chosen plan and activate coverage for your dependents and non-tax dependents. In particular, we invite you to consult the letter signed by the Director and the Subscription Regulations for 2024-2025 Health Plans, documents in which all useful information and rules governing joining are contained.

Employees with access to the My UniCredit intranet will be able to join via the following path:

People Focus > Other Documents > Supplemental Health Care > Insurance Year 2024.

Other associates without access to My UniCredit (Pre-reterees, Retired, Survivors, Employees of companies outside the Group and Long Absent Employees) will be able to make their choice of membership online through the Reserved Area (Login) of the Uni.C.A. website https://unica.unicredit.it/it.html , after registering if they have not yet done so (within the Reserved Area there is a User Manual that can be consulted for the registration phase and for the solution of any critical issues that may arise during the access phase).

 

Those who do not have the activation code (necessary to register on the Reserved Area) can request it by email to the following box hxunicoddattivazio-italia@unicredit.eu, attaching a copy of the front/back of the identity document and writing in the body of the email their tax code.

 

We would like to remind you that the use of the online feature, which is faster and more efficient than joining by mail, will allow members to eliminate the time of the so-called "transitional period," that is, the period during which access to benefits under the agreement (direct form) is reserved only for hospitalizations and oncology treatment.

If they do not join online, employees and the pre-retirees will be automatically assigned the Health Plan corresponding to the classification held, with inclusion in coverage only of the fiscally dependent household (spouse and/or children) already insured in 2023.

Retirees, Pre-retirees and Long Absent employees who will not avail themselves of the online joining mode will still receive the joining offer by registered mail during February 2024, to their respective addresses in the Uni.C.A. archives.
