Si comunica che l’Assemblea Ordinaria degli Iscritti per l’approvazione del bilancio sociale 2022, svoltasi il giorno 5.6.2023, non ha raggiunto il “quorum” costitutivo previsto; pertanto, l’Assemblea è indetta in seconda convocazione per il giorno 30.6.2023, con apertura della votazione a decorrere dal 8.6.2023.
Come previsto dalla specifica Circolare, i voti già pervenuti in prima convocazione saranno validi per la seconda convocazione; pertanto gli iscritti che hanno già votato in prima convocazione non dovranno votare in seconda convocazione.
Ricordiamo che le modalità di votazione sono:
- per i dipendenti in servizio: tramite People Focus > Altri documenti > Assistenza sanitaria integrativa > VOTAZIONE (il pulsante VOTAZIONE si trova nella barra verticale del menù a sinistra);
- per gli esodati, pensionati, superstiti e dipendenti di società esterne: tramite l’area riservata (Login) del sito di Uni.C.A. https://unica.unicredit.it/it.html, la stessa a cui si accede per l’adesione al rinnovo del piano sanitario (il pulsante VOTAZIONE si trova nella barra verticale del menù a sinistra).
Per pronta consultazione si allega il documento di Bilancio 2022, il Regolamento delle votazioni e la Circolare per la votazione.

We inform you that the Ordinary Members' Meeting for the approval of the 2022 annual report, held on 5.6.2023, did not reach the required constitutive "quorum"; therefore, the Assembly is convened on second call for 30.6.2023, with voting starting from 8.6.2023.
As provided by the specific Circular, votes already received in the first call will be valid for the second call; therefore, members who have already voted in the first call will not have to vote in the second call.
We remind you that the voting methods are:
- for current employees: via People Focus > Other Documents > Supplementary Health Care > VOTE (the VOTE button can be found in the vertical bar of the menu on the left)
- for exodus, retirees, survivors and employees of external companies: via the reserved area (Login) of the Uni.C.A. website https://unica.unicredit.it/it.html, the same area accessed for joining the health plan renewal (the VOTE button can be found in the vertical bar of the menu on the left).
