Il Consiglio di Amministrazione di Uni.C.A. ha indetto l’assemblea ordinaria degli iscritti per il rinnovo degli Organi sociali di Uni.C.A. (Consiglio di amministrazione e Collegio dei revisori) per il triennio 2026-2028.
Il voto potrà essere espresso:
- in 1° convocazione, il giorno 3.11.2025
- all’occorrenza, in 2° convocazione dal 7.11.2025 al 1.12.2025 (in tal caso, saranno ritenuti validi i voti già espressi in 1° convocazione e pertanto chi ha votato in 1° convocazione non dovrà votare in 2° convocazione).
Per votare utilizza il pulsante VOTA che trovi in fondo a questa pagina, preceduto dall'elenco dei candiati.
Potrai esprimere al massimo un numero di preferenze pari a:
- 8 Consiglieri di amministrazione;
- 2 Revisori effettivi;
- 1 Revisore supplente.
Ti ricordiamo che il voto dovrà essere confermato tramite password e che dopo la conferma non sarà possibile accedere nuovamente alla scheda di voto. La password da utilizzare per confermare il voto è:
- per i dipendenti UniCredit che accedono da People Focus, la password UNIDIR (usata per l'accesso alla VPN tramite BIG-IP);
- per i restanti iscritti che accedono dall'area riservata (Login) del sito di Uni.C.A., la password utilizzata per l'accesso all'area riservata.

The Board of Directors of Uni.C.A. convened the Ordinary Members Meeting for renewal of corporate bodies (Board of Directors and Board of Auditors) for the period 2026-2028.
The vote may be cast:
- on 1st call on 3.11.2025
- if necessary, in 2nd call from 7.11.2025 al 1.12.2025 (in this case, the votes already expressed in the 1st call will be considered valid and therefore those who voted in the 1st call will not have to vote in the 2nd call).

You may express a maximum number of preferences equal to:
- 8 Board members;
- 2 Effective Auditors;
- 1 Deputy Auditor.
We remind you that the vote must be confirmed by password and that after the confirmation it will not be possible to access again to the voting form. The password to be used to confirm the vote is:
- for employees accessing from People Focus, the UNIDIR one (used to access the VPN through BIG-IP);
- for the remaining members who access from the reserved area (Login) of the Uni.C.A. website, the password used to access the reserved area.
